The new Volkswagen Golf GTE completes the Volkswagen Golf series with a fifth drive type (petrol, diesel, natural gas, electric and plug-in hybrid drive). The Golf GTE boasts average consumption (NEDC for hybrid vehicles) of 1.5 l /100 km (corresponds to 35 g/km CO2) and a purely electric range of 50 kilometres.
