The parking assistant enables the driver to reverse in a few seconds into any suitable parking space in a completely stress-free and relaxed way. The system checks suitability while driving past and leads the vehicle automatically in the best possible way into the gap. The driver controls the parking maneuver by operating the accelerator and brake pedal. In addition, the system also supports while parking out. It helps the driver to bring the vehicle in the correct starting position, by taking over all steering maneuvers to drive out of the parking space safely.
