WorldSkills Calgary 2009 CEO Richard Walker talks with Alesia about the pre-Competition lock-down put in place to ensure the integrity of the Competition. Four days before the 40th WorldSkills Competition, the Competition Delegates and Experts are allowed into the area to prepare, but the Competitors will have to wait to find out the specifics in the next few days.
