This is the World's largest stick electrode and today we're doing some manual stick welding with it! We're in Houston, TX today with the WeldTube Squad welding with some 3/4" Cor-Met F25 stick electrode. The rod is 4 feet long and weighs approximately 20 pounds. Add in the 40 pound stinger and you've got yourself a 60 pound, 1000 amp beast.
