There is great variety in the work and you get to work in many different locations on a lot of different types of work, because each project is unique. A good bricklayer can also usually find work in almost any country in the world.The work is very rewarding as the evidence of your work is there at the end of each day. There is also a lot of responsibility to do good work because the brickwork is often the most visual aspect of the structures.
